Product Org Navigator
Product roles have moved past the generalist “CEO of the product” idea. What a product person owns now depends on the company — its strategy, how the work is split, who else is at the table. Two people with the same job title can end up owning almost nothing in common.
This app works out what your product people own, and writes it down.
A real example, generated from the engine
A 50-to-500-person company with a Product Manager and a Product Designer, eight stakeholder teams, self-serve sign-up and OKR-based planning. Every value below came out of the real engine.
A slice of the matrix

6 of 29 tasks in this example. The full catalogue has 36.
A = Accountable, answers for it. R = Responsible, does the work. C = Consulted, their objection counts. I = Informed, told but not asked.
The stakeholder map
The same example, centred on the Product Manager, grouped by whether each person decides, builds with them, or can block them, with the exact counts on every box.
Product Manager sits at the centre and is not ranked on either axis. Left and right carry no meaning — only height and distance do.
Height shows how deeply involved someone is, the most involved at the top and the least at the bottom. Distance from Product Manager shows how much is shared, closer meaning more.

What makes it different
- It hands you a first draft that is already filled in.
- Every value says where it came from, so you can always tell a suggestion from your own decision.
- It argues with its own draft, and asks about the parts it is least certain of.
What this will not do
- The 36-task list is a researched starting point. Drop the ones that don't apply, and add your own alongside them.
- Built around a product manager’s view of the work, not a general-purpose RACI tool for any team.
- Nothing you enter leaves your browser. There is no server behind this.
